Just this week, we learned that U.S. retail sales have fallen off a cliff, and so has industrial production. Unemployment claims are at steep recession levels.

The U.S. unemployment rate is already above 6 percent and the unemployment rate will go above 7 percent, and quite possibly above 8 percent, making this the worst recession in a quarter-century.

Don't you think that any impacts on Tibetans living in U.S.?

Thanks for your comment. i love to write in Tibetan and i prefer to read in Tibetan. but here my line is under the control of college IT manager, so i could not install Tibetan fonts on computer.sorry for that.

I think so. I guess, every state in U.S is affected by this economic crisis, though some aren’t hit too much yet, they are under this current dilemma. Unemployment today is an extreme problem in the economy. Conversely, pertaining to retail sales, overall retail sales on the whole have been down compared to last years' numbers, more than 20%.
