Mr. Welshul Rangjung, son of Yonten and Drupkyi from Phuggu Shang of Serta district has been a reporter at Serta Broadcasting. After graduating from Middle School in Serta District in 1998, he continued his further studies at Teacher’s Training College.
He is currently employee of Chinese government in Tibet. He is a young Tibetan boy between 25-30years old. Recently on September 11, he has been arrested by Chinese Supreme Intelligence Bureau. At present, no one knows where he is detained and for what reason he has been arrested. He has written several numbers of articles also.
