Bodhgaya, Jan, 6 – Tibetan Youth Congress, the largest Tibetan NGO in exile is organizing an information and help desk for a period of two weeks during the on-going religious discourse at Bodhgaya.
This was started from 29 of last Dec and will continue till 12 Jan this month, reports our special correspondent.
A total of 44 members from three regional youth congress i.e., RTYC Dharamsala, RTYC Bodhgaya and RTYC Varanasi have volunteered for this charitable cause which aims at providing travel guidance, load or upload travelers’ luggage from the local railway station and as well as in informing people of their belongings and dear ones whereabouts over loud speaker in three language; Tibetan, English and Hindi so as to make it loud and clear for the public.
Besides they also help poor and sick in admitting them to hospitals.
The youth congress also displayed photo exhibition of its 40 years of independence struggle to the general public, our special correspondent said.
