There have been some meetings of Former Tibetan Ministers in the past years and was able to submit no less opinion to the contemporary Cabinet. Earlier in 2006, all Former Ministers had offered one long-life offerings to H.H.The Dalai Lama in accordance with 2006 Kalachakra and during that time, His Holiness has expressed his strong opinions for the Former Ministers to hold special meetings after certain intervals.  There have been many opinions among general public with regards to the recent meeting of the Former Ministers. Eventually, the meeting concluded with Ten-Points Resolution and the most important resolution was mainly on the relationship between Tibet and China. If the Communist government of China is holding the same policy as their unpopular propagandization regarding the issue of Tibet, then there is no meaning to have special envoys to attend the meetings with the representatives of Chinese government and it is better to stop this negotiation. Similarly, in spite of well explained meaning of Middle-Path in the past, there has been no amendment made in the constitution of Chinese government. After seeing these two parts, we can realize that there is no possibility for both to assimilate each other.

Considering the above two matters in addition with the statement of the special envoys, it is confirmed that the present on-going process of meeting between the Special envoys of H.H.The Dalai Lama and the representatives of Chinese government will give no positive result to the Tibet Issue but it’ll prevent Foreign nations’ pressure to China to take any immediate step with regard to the Tibet issue. It is crescent clear that there is big difference between the contents of documents like early five point’s peace plan & Strasbourg Statement and the chapter of autonomous region of minority groups in Chinese constitution. But it is completely wrong to assert here that some people criticize that the explanation on Middle path given by the Tibetan Cabinet and H.H.The Dalai Lama are two different explanations. It is not true. With consideration with the contents in Chinese constitution, H.H.The Dalai Lama has expressed many times that he is asking for autonomous region for Tibetan people. He has added this demand even the statement of March 10. Therefore, the resolution on Sino-Tibetan talk by the meeting of Former Ministers is very much similar to the opinions of common people of Tibet. Therefore, it is utmost important for the present cabinet and other related officials to ponder over it seriously.
